Saturday April 26, 2014 is national Drug Take Back Day.
Gather any unused prescription drugs from your home and come to the Sheriff’s Department to dispose of them. WRVT will be there with refreshments and helpful information from 10am till 2pm. Other disposal locations include the permanent drop boxes listed below and the VT Stat Police Barracks in West Brattleboro and the Dover Police Department.
If you can’t come by on the 26th, there is no time like the present to bring your unused prescription drugs to one of the permanent drop boxes around Windham County (see the list below). Vermont is unique and cutting edge in having permanent drop boxes. Take the lead from our board member, Andrea Livermore, and dispose of your drugs today!
