| 12:10 | WRVT Overview | All attendees were individuals familiar with the work of WRVT. In lieu of an overview, Kate and Kristin discussed the Creamery fire, which destroyed the WRVT office. Kate and Kristin are seeking new office space, ideally in Townshend closer to Leland and Gray. | Kate and Kristin will keep the coalition informed of their new office space once it is identified. |
| 12:15 | After School Program Collaboration – Wellness After School | Kristin gave the group an overview of the leadership and wellness-focused collaborative program WRVT is working on with the Leland and Gray after school program staff. Kristin is applying for a grant through Holt to fund the project for the coming summer and school year – the grant would be for three years.

Kristin will submit the grant proposal to Holt and keep the group informed of the status – we will find out in June if we got the funding.
WRVT is seeking help from the coalition and community members to identify community wellness and volunteering resources for students. |
